Reservation and info

Trullo a ll’éra can host a maximum of 6 people plus a baby in a travel cot.

We generally require a minum stay of 4 nights, but we may be able to be flexible especially outside the high season.

Reservations can be done directly with us and are effective upon receipt of 50% deposit of the total nightly rate. We require to pay the remaining 50% plus the security deposit and the cleaning fee, no later than 30 days before arrival. Payment can be done by bank transfer.

Alternatively, you can book via one of our partners: AirBnB, Boutique Homes, Nice2stay, Stay One Degree.

Included Services

The following services are included in the rental price:

Wifi
Gas (stove, hot water, heating), to a max of 10 m³/week. Cost for exceeding usage is € 6 per m³.
Air-condition (only present in the more modern part of the house where kitchen/dining room and one of the double bedrooms are located. Remaining rooms, in the old Trulli, have cool stone walls!)

Cleaning

In addition to the rental price, housekeeping is charged at € 120 per stay.

For stays longer than a week, additional weekly mini-cleanings, that include linen and towel change, can be provided at € 70 per cleaning.

Times

Check-in from 16:00.

Check-out by 11:00.

Security deposit

In addition to the rental cost, a security deposit of € 400 (refundable after your holiday) is required to cover any major damage costs and/or excess gas usage.

Cancellation

Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: 100% of the booking deposit refunded.

Cancellation within 30 days to arrival: 50% of the total nightly rate plus security deposit and cleaning fee refunded.
